Remarks Help me understand the question a little better. Are you asking if there is a Fee for Cash Advances when you use the card to get money at an ATM or for any type of cash advance?

OR

Are you asking if there are Finance Charges applicable for cash advances during your promotional period?

Remarks There's always a charge for cash advances and it is very high. The lowest cash advance fee I have seen is 21.99% on every transaction.

However, finance charges are for purchases. Sometimes cards will have promotions where they won't charge you interest for a period of time. I have never seen that for cash advances.

Remarks There is always a fee/% on cash advances regardless of promotional BT apr's that sort of thing. You can have balances transferred and make huge purchases for however long your promotional offer is good for at 0 percent.

The cash advances are always attached to a financial percentage, sorry I'm not able to tell you how much though. I have the American Express Blue Card, with 0 percent on BT/purchases, but my cash advance percentage from activation date is 21.74 percent.

Hope this helps.

This is the thread where we all ask questions about a specific credit card. Thanks!

Remarks The Amex website says: No fees of any kind - no annual fee, no late fees, no over-limit fees.

But I'm sure they are finance charges if you don't pay in full by the duedate or b4 the grace period is over. Find out what your Cash APR is... Which is usually very high. The lowest I have is 16.80% on my Capital One Card.
