galxygrl's review: Callout Comment I was finally approved for this card! It took 3 times but I got it. The first time I was denied was shortly after I was approved for the Disney card from Chase. They told me I was denied due to just opening up an account and not enough history with them. So I waited and applied about a month ago, but I figured I wouldn't get it because I asked for a CLI on my other card with them and got it. Sure enough I was DENIED! Well about a week ago I took out a cash advance on my other card (I have since paid that back) at a chase ATM. Doing so opened up and offer to me about being pre-approved for the Chase Freedom card, so I touched yes for wanting to apply again. Don't ask me why, because I was sure I was going to be denied AGAIN! So this time I swore to myself I was not going to check the status of it as I was sure I knew what it was going to be. I would just wait until I got the denial letter in the mail. Well I got sort of impatient and wanted to check so I was looking for the number to check the status of applications, but I couldn't find it. Next I logged on to my online account with Chase and what do you know below my other account info is the info for my NEW Chase Freedom card!!! I could not believe it! The best part is my limit is the highest of any other card I have! $4,500 And 0.00% APR for a year! I'm so excited this will be the only card I use from now on!!!

Remarks I was denied once before I got this card. I love it and it was approved for $5500 which was and currently is my highest credit limit. It was 0% for 6 months and then 9.9% after...

I am really loving this card and its very easy to build up the cash back or points...

My Card Came In The Mail Today! User Icon on 2008-05-17

Remarks I love it and am so excited to use it! I will keep everyone posted on the cash back bonuses. Just a question though, how many credit cards does everyone have? Just an estimate. Thanks, galxygrl.

Remarks This is a good card to use for bt's and purchases. I like the rewards and the online service is really easy to use. I have paperless staments. Right now I have about 14 personal cards and maybe 5 business cards. I do not use all of them though. I just closed my HSBC card becasue it was my lowest limit of 700.00 and too many new accounts can hurt your score. So if I where you I would chill for a while and bulid up my accounts
