kim's review: Callout Comment I got a letter in the mail with "carter Franke's" name on it, and I hold him responsible for the the several headaches I have had over the past two weeks. I signed up for a balance transfer, and the customer service wrote down the wrong account number. Well, the check was sent, but of course it had the wrong account number. All customer service had to do was fax over the check that they sent. SIMPLE. I had to wait for two weeks while they wrote up an investigation report, and then they were going to mail me what the resolution was. Well, while they had to figure out what happened. I had to pay over $300 interest because of their screw up. Customer service was so rude, the supervisors were rude... Horrible experience, and I will never use them again. This Carter Franke person should know what is going on, and worry about keeping his customers happy. Like the person said before, I'm sure he really cares!

Remarks I had similar experience with chase credit card customer service. They are one of the worst people to talk to.
