jim's review: Callout Comment Trying to get ANY information about my account seems next to impossible. I have a discrepancy with regards to the amount I owe, but cannot understand the people on the telephone, because they can not speak English well at all. I'm very leary of this company when I cant get information about my account any easier than it seems to be. Don't get cash from atm because the charge is much to high. I did not anticipate the "whichever is higher", concerning atm use.
