tim's review: Callout Comment I agree with the other comments. The biggest problem with this company is that the statements come too late (if at all), so they sock you with a late fee (and/or a 4.95 fee to pay online). They also have a lousy website; I can't even check my current transactions. I took my car to have some repairs made (only $170.00) and the card was declined because they suspected "fraudulent activity"! My account was current and yet the card was declined. How embarrassing. I am now going to pay the card off and then cancel. I have other cards with much better service. It's obvious that these guys are just bloodsuckers. Pity. ONE good thing is that the customer service rep I spoke with was very polite. He barely spoke English but he was polite.
