From now on I am making this promise to myself: I will not apply for any more cheap credit cards with low credit limits, outrageous fees, High % rates, and bad customer service that I do not need or want, just for the sake of saying that I was approved by this and that company!!! I deserve better than this! In addition, closing these accounts is a task of in itself. I would rather wait and get a good card from a reputable credit card company.

I agree, you should save your inquiries for a great credit card from a top tier bank like Bank of America. That's what I doing myself right now.

Get maybe two and use them while rebuilding or building keep them no longer than a couple of yrs.
apply and get better cards then dump those cards and build those good ones up keep spending to 10% no more than 20% and pay on time before the due date every month...
