Approved with a 1K CL... Pulled eq (the only one w/o the stupid library collections) I got lucky I guess. From what I hear from others this is a hard card to get so I plan on keeping this a pif card. Good luck to all those wanting to apply...
-took about a month to get the card- it was not an instant approval and I had to fax in ss card & proof of address.
BTW, I don't know what my eq was @ the time but my ex was a 639
