Citi Upromise has the best customer service available. It is easy to access any information you need on line and if you need to speak to a person it is easy to reach one at their toll free number. They are quick to resolve any problems that occur and take the time to explain everything politely. The Upromise rewards are a great way to save for your child's college fund, they add up quicker than you think. I would recommend this card to anyone.
