Had this card over 10 years ago. I'm so glad to be back, the perks are unbelievable and worth the $450 annual fee. Its been a great year for me and AMEX.

Grats on returning to American Express Business!!! Used to have the card back to 2000. Since I no longer travel I gave it up. Lounge access is definite plus. Enjoy the benefits of the new card. Want to add you have done amazing things with your credit and can certainly help others with your knowledge on the "do's and dont's" of credit!

Congrats! That's a fancy card. I probably wouldn't use it enough to justify the AF but if you can, the points and service look to be awesome. Enjoy your new card.

A few people I know also have this card and love the rewards. The $450 annual fee is steep, but it does appear to have a lot of great features.

I ended up splurging and getting the upgrade this month. I hope I get benefits/rewards that are at least worth $450!
