lfolkjr's review: Callout Comment Approves just about anyone with a pulse. A lot of fees and payments take 1 week to post. You can always do a rush payment for the sum of 10 bucks. Use it for what it is, a building tool. EQ:658

Remarks Starter cards always come with less than perfect terms. Reminds me of my days, starting the rebuilding phase. Your scores are good enough though that you could probably get a card with Capital One, or GECapital. I would look into what they have to offer. That way, once you tire of paying their fees, and decide to close this account, you have some cards that can help provide a nice long history. Good luck!

Remarks Thanks for the input. I'm considering a wal mart or best buy or maybe even a home depot. but I am really reluctant because of those damn inquiries. Thanks again.
