I have had multiple vehicles financed through Chase. I had a Chase business Visa with and interest rate with about 7-10%. My credit score is in the mid 700s. They arbitrarily raised the rate to almost 18%. I paid the card down and have used AmEx ever since. With a $0 balance and the upcoming $60 membership fee I asked them to reduce the rate or reverse the membership fee. They refused to do either.
CHASE.......NEVER AGAIN! I was one of your best customers. I am only one voice, but I speak for thousands. Good bye.

JP Morgan Chase is pursuing the elite and really have not worked the other parts of the credit spectrum. There treatment of you is a prime example. Also, their "greed" has come back to bite them. When wil the banks ever learn? I have a Chase Ink Freedom Business Card which is covered by different rules than the consumer side. They do not have to reduce interest rates or honor anything that the consumer side does. Chase has said they would follow the consumer side but____? You have seen how it is.
