Hi its been a long time, I havnt been here , since 2008. Any way my dad just got approved for this card on 3/12/12. 698 equifax FICO. No Pre-Spending Limit, 15000 Sign up Bonus points. Annual Fee $125. Very good card but only if AMEX can transfer points to United Airlines. He has building credit ever since he came to the states in June 09.
