bc8787's review: Callout Comment I switched from a AX Gold card to this Zync card because I didnt not want to pay the annual $125 fee so I called and requested a revolving account instead of charge. I was told I would have to put in a new application for that type of card but could transfer to this card with a low $25 annual fee. 2 weeks later I am still waiting on the card to be in the mail... but Oh... the did manage to send me a "credit protection" program for $9.99 a month fee on the card even before I have the card in hand... good one Amex. Way to set your priorities straight. I probably will let this card collect dust after my experience and will continue to use my trusty Chase Freedom and my card from my credit union going forward.

Remarks Most unfortunate! AX used to be top shelf. As FG posters report things haven't been quite the same since the great recession and exporting some of the customer service. Truth, I have gone to AX Co-Branded Cards and had better products and good luck. Your Chase Freedom Card is a great prime along with your CU.
