dm's review: Callout Comment I've had this card for nine months. I applied online and was surprised when it arrived a week later. I was given a 0% balance transfer for 6 months and 3% fee on the transfer. APR for purchases was initially 23.24% and with a low limit of $400. I called after three months and they gave me a CLI of $600 bringing the line to $1000. I called today and requested a lower APR and was approved for 18.9%. I use the card frequently and nearly PIF, usually keeping a balance of less than $100. Currently they are using the 2 period balance computation for interest, but that is ending in December. No universal default penalty APR.

Remarks Gone DM with your bad self! Lol. All Chase user, go ahead and take the chance that DM just used. What do you have to loose? Nothing! You are already their customer. Most people just wait until they are periodically checked for limit increases or lower apr's, it is better to ask for yourself because closed mouth's are never feed. Creditors love when they don't have people like DM because they can make more money by charging you what they originally granted you, but when you start calling in and request for lower rates, they not only see that you are well paying customer, but a customer who cares about the actual card that they posses and want to be treated fairly according to their good works that they provided to the company. So go ahead and try, if they have an attitude, contact DM he will set them straight... Lmao.

Remarks I have applied for a chase card several times, and every time for one reason or another they have turned me down. I am at the point in which whenever I see a credit card that is being offered through Chase, I do not even bother to apply. Why?, because even though life is like a box of chocolates, with Chase I always know what I am going to get, DENIED!!! ;-)

Remarks This is the way I feel when I see that Citibank is the financial backer of any card. I do not apply with Citibank regardless to what the card offers.

Remarks Bramford, don't feel bad by getting denied by Chase. It's all about BofA. Have you tried applying for a card from them?
