WOW! Received an invitation by mail. Went on line to apply and received the we need more information notice (heart sunk at that point). Citi credit called me to verify some information, filled me in on the "Thank You" Card. Fico's Eq 722 Ex 729 Tu 725. Starting Apr is 15.99% for purchases after the intro period. Also, lots of incentives and a 7 month purchases 0% apr and balance transfers of 15 months at 0%. It was a hard inquiry through Experian CB.

Congratulations Wanderer! Citi Bank has been very good to you and it shows! Your loyalty is paying off, along with all your hard work on rebuilding in the past! I think their Platinum Select Master Card is very appealing! I will be applying for that one in the future! Again, Congrats!

Congrats! Wanderer Citi has shown you the gold on the other side of the rainbow lol. I've had nothing but gracious service from them and I hope they do the same for you too.

Congrats!!! How long have you been a card holder with Citi's platinum select? And your limit on that card. I noticed you mentioned you had combined the credit limits. Please enlighten.

Citi Bank is looking at card applicant income and available credit when establishing the total amount of credit they will grant to a cardholder. The new account has already reported to cbs. My Citi Platinum Select Mastercard is almost two years old at time of the new Citi "Thank You" Mastercard.
