Didn't really expect to get approved for this card but got it with $4k limit and 15.9% apr. Think I will take the advice from the members on this site and sit on the cards I've got for awhile. Recived Disc for 3K, Best Buy store for 2.2K and this one in the last 30 days. Sock drawer time for the orchard and first primier. Thanks to all for posting comments and advice!!

These are my scores before all the apps and new tradelines. EX is plus score other two are true FICO. TU is a little higher as it doesn't have the one baddie of a medical collection of $114.00.

EX = 663
TU = 738
EQ = 672

Remarks Congrats on your approval. USAA is a great bank and if you keep your nose clean this card will likely reward you with a lower APR and higher credit line over time.

Remarks Congrats! I have accounts with USAA and they have been the best. Also, as previously mentioned, keep good credit and reap the rewards. I noticed you have good card now so the sub-primes can go away.

Remarks Congrats on rebuilding your credit. It takes time but it's such a relief considering how it affects so many different aspects of our life other than just buying necessities and wants. I'm sure the USAA card is great to have. Do you know if you have access to their insurance benefits, etc.? It was always current or former military only but it's nice to see they have opened it up to anyone who meets their requirements. I pay less than half in insurance costs with USAA for both car and home compared to many of my friends w/similar clean insurance history.
