I just upgraded my Diamond Preferred Rewards to the New "ThankYou(SM) Preferred Card". I believe they discontinued the Diamond Preferred Rewards, and came out with three new cards( this is the basic one with no annual fee). The benefits on this new card are pretty similiar to my previous Diamond card. I Can't wait to get it in the mail 10-14 business days!!

Congrats on the upgrade. I have the Citi AAdvantage American Express and called to see if I could do a product change and was told my card is not eligible for that feature. I wanted to stay with the AAdvantage but switch from American Express to MasterCard.
The CSR told me that I would have to apply for a new card and I politely declined.
