I've heard a bit about this card. I applied online, and didn't receive an instant approval. I got a letter in a few days stating they needed to confirm some information. After about 5 minutes on the phone, the information was confirmed, and I was extended a $900 CL. Not to shaby I would say. They ran a hard inquiry on TransUnion. My score at the time was 725. I intend on using this mostly as a utilization boost, due to the fact that it's only useful on ShopNBC. Hoefully, they will extend me the MasterCard when they see I won't be using it too often. I'll use it just to keep it open.
No annual fee is a plus, so it cost nothing to keep the credit line open. That's a plus.
I'll update as I use the card, and my experiences increase with it.

Best of luck on your credit building. No exactly nothing about this card. You will want to add a bank card to the credit mix and if you have to consider a "secured" card consider cards from Bank of America or Citi Cards. We have many graduates on this website including me.
