niki's review: Callout Comment This company is a complete scheme. My credit limit was initially $300 and now I owe them over $800. They charged my account in Feb, March, and August with a 100 annual fee. I keep calling to get it straightened out, but the phone keeps "mysteriously" hanging up once I complain about the bill. I have taken action thru BBB and a consumer attorney, as this is really impacted by credit score negatively. I tell anyone who is thinking of getting this card to RUN!

Remarks I paid the balance in July 2007. Before they could receive the bill the assess a $40 late fee to the account. I explained that the account was closed and paid in full why would you charge a late fee. I could get no help from customer service. I have called every month since that time. No one has been able to help me. The supervisor is NEVER available when I call. I contacted the BBB and is in the process of getting an attorney. They have ruined the credit that I have been working towards improving. The icing on the cake is that I waited for 50 minutes to speak to supervisor for two minutes. Of course she could not help either. I wish they would get people who could answer questions to work for them instead of outsourcing to foreign countries.
