I have been a NavyFed savings acct holder for over 6 years (received membership since my bro was in the marines). I have tried on numerous occasions to get their credit, but my scores were always low. About 2 months ago, I decided to apply again and low and behold, got a 4500CL for their Visa card. Int rate is only at 11.9%, which is not bad and I found out that their max Int rate is 16.99%. Scores at the time are EQ 638, EX 644 and TU 652. Would recommend to everyone. Great bank.

Congrats! NFCU is the largest credit union in the country and they have excellent rates. This card will likely be upgraded with a lower rate and higher limit in the future.

This is the best Credit union in the world and the largest I have FICO scores of 668 703 and 715 and I was approved instantly for 14k and another card for 15k I plan to stay with Navy FCU forever no other place could ever match what Navy does in there lending department. I have other cards with 1500 and 2500 even chase gave me 3000 but navy FCU is always the best.

Update today. It's been 6 mths since I had the card and every month I charge and pay in full. So on their website yesterday, I applied for a CLI. It asked me what I wanted my new CL to be, so I put in 8k (originally 4.5k), and low-and-behold, today I login to my acct and I have the 8k CL. They didn't even pull my CR (have monitoring service with al 3 CBs)
This bank is awesome!!! If you can get membership through a friend or family member, you won't regret it.
