emcaadja44's review: Callout Comment I applied for it on October 2008, however it was not instantly approved. I got a letter in the mail from HSBC to call a toll free number to verify some information on the application and the credit report. When it was verified, the customer service representative told me that the application was approved with a $2000 credit line and an APR of 11.99%. Nevertheless, this bank is no longer accepting applications for this credit card and it was removed from the website.

Remarks I think HSBC is going to roll out these types of cards again in the future.

Remarks Congrats on having this card. I have it too and love the card. Today I have a $10K limit with 7.9% APR which is good. The card was transffered from HSBC Bank to their Direct Merchants Bank processing but still show up as HSBC Bank Nevada?! It includes all of the American Express benefits and 1.25 points for every dollar spent towards rewards.
