I applied for it on July 2008 and the application was instantly approved with a $1000 credit line. However, watch out with the inquiries. If you have a lot of inquiries on your Experian Credit Report the application will be declined.

Effective July 29, 2010 New York and Company store is no longer offering the New York and Company Mastercard program. All the Mastercard credit card accounts were closed.
