I I applied for this card because of its outstanding reward program. I got $4,000 intial cl and it increased to $7,000 after making 6 months on-time payment.

Congratulations that is a nice starting CL and a nice CLI! I've had similiar experiences with Citibank also I'm very pleased with them. They have good Customer Service. Their easy to understand and very helpful. Did they also decrease your apr after on time payments?
