Those scores are probably FAKO, meaning that you didn't buy them from myFICO.com since Fair Isaac stopped selling the EX FICO score.
Do you have a fraud alert on your credit reports? This is your second denial for a card which you should've been approved.

I think it is time to slow it down before the inq's over-load the credit report.

I had a equifax score of around 590 when I applied for this account and they still denied me. Seems to be not as easy to get as it used to be??
