patrick12's review: Callout Comment I used to have a Sears card back in 1998, I closed this account in 2000 due to that fact that I never used it, well anyways to make a long story short, I was at the mall yesterday and was asked if I would like to open a Sears charge, I said sure, maybe hoping they could reopen my old account, obvisously they try to open a Sears Gold Master Card first, then if you don't qualify the normal Sears Charge account, Well after she ran my information she said congratulations, you have been approved for the Sears Solutions MasterCard, I was like what the ****? Anyways I got to reading the information more closely and realized its an HSBC card, I knew it had to be, because Citi Bank has wayyy too much class to offer a $300.00 Dollar Credit line with a 59.00 annual fee. In an attempt to learn more about this card I accepted it and left the store. I got home and called customer service, first thing I did was ask them to waive the annual fee, and second thing I did was laugh at them about the credit limit on this card. She was very monotone and not very humorous, on the other hand she told me to wait until the card was in my hand to call back and re negotiate the limit and fee, so you can bet your sweet Hong Kong Shanghi I certainly will! I will keep you all posted on this card, sounds to me like another Orchard Bank card that gives you rewards for Sears gift Cards, one BIG plus to this card, it you do get free access to your credit score.

Remarks Recieved my Sears Solutions Master Card, looks like a typical HSBC card, was able however to cut the $59.00 annual fee in half and raised my credit limit to $450.00. The rewards arent all that great, but I will hold on to this account and see where it takes me, looks like this card can be used for the same promotions and sale items as the Citi cards.

Remarks I was approved for my Sears Solutions Master Card while applying for the regular Sears card. It has a $300 limit and a $59 annual fee. Its the same as the Orchard and Best Buy card.
