I have had this card for Four years and my limit 1350. My new limit is $200 no late pays or anything pay just paid off my mortgage. I have very little debt. If anyone knows let me know

Did you use this card often? Sometimes they will drastically lower (or sometimes close) cards if you don't use them all that much. It recently happened to my mother - she had a Sears card with a $7500 limit that was closed because she never used it.
