I applied for this after finding this website. I have always been scared by American Express. Anyway, I applied online and was not given an instant decision and I was immediately scared. I called and was told they needed a home address verfication. After spending 20 minutes on the phone with AMEX and my bank I was told at the end of the call I was approved with a credit line of $1000. I will also be receiving 15,000 skymiles with my first purchase. I am very happy.

What were your scores from each bureau when you applied?? Do they still pull Experian? Good luck with your Amex. They are awesome! Keep us updated on usage.

Congrats on the new card! I also have this card it's a pretty good card as long as you they don't ask for tax documents which is called a Financial Review. I like the fact that they immediately increase your available credit by the amount of payment you make.

Well congrats on your approval... I have this card and it's the one I use the most as you might know I love AMEX this card I recommend to every one.

Nice limit and congrats on the approval! I know the feeling of the irregualr heart beat when we apply for credit, and I know that you could not eat nor sleep awaiting their approval... Lol. You go Jaime!
