The Review:

CapOne said "NO" my brother said "yes", applied for a CapOne card and i'm a A/U user on his card. with no apr until 5/09 as long as your not late with a payment.

Maybe they will find my name at a later date and offer me a card in my name later. She said I was declined for the same reasons as before , applied 2/28, well i guess my highest fico is 610...i guess i'll wait until its 700 LOL..i'm still in good spirits...
