There is an introductory APR as low as 0.00% for 6 months. However, this intro rate only applies towards balance transfers. Be cautious that some card issuers may charge higher rates and fees for cash advances.

The lowest available APR is fixed, meaning that the rate will not change with U.S. prime rates.
