I go through about 2 headphones every 6 months because I go to sleep with them on and use them at the gym everyday.

I've noticed that on Amazon that you can get the new nanos for about $10 less than if you wnet anywhere else. Maybe they will come down even more by Christmas.

With the shipping/handling (if any) you might as well go to the store. They do have free shipping on some items during xmas, I would check that first.

I'd rather go buy an item from the store if there's not a big difference in price when compared to the prices online. I don't like waiting 7-10 business days knowing that I can buy the same item from my local electronics store.

I have the free two day shipping with Amazon. I never know when I am going to be at an electronics store.
