i unfortunately don't have a picture to put as my avatar. :(

but i do have knowledgeable posts and information to share with everyone! so im not a complete loser! haha

O.K., I will take the plunge by posting a picture of myself for my avatar. It is a photo of me teaching one of my part-time group fitness classes.
