Who are these people?

As eveyone well know, I've been approved with a few credit cards on the forum to build my credit. The most recent approval is the Target Red Card. On this card it explains that they could give my information out or share my information to other companies and their parent companies. Once week later after may approval, I've received credit card offers from Vangard, Secure and Legacy. All of these companies had annual fees and monthly maintence fees. All pre approved flyers looks excatly alike.

I would not mind a pre approval, but not the the same type of companies already have...1st Premier, Salute etc...have any one else received these offer?

That's those pre-approval junkies. Once you apply, they are out to get you. Opt out through th cb's so that they will stop sending you them. Here is the link for:

3. Transunion Opt Out http://www.transunion.com/corporate/...lerOptOut.page

I believe once you do one, they will forward to the other three remaining cb's. Double check when you complete one.

Yeah, it's for the companies who send out pre-approvals. If you ask me, I don't think it really matters if you tell them to not send out your info because they get paid.

See, there you go, starting threads and forgetting about them.

Take a look at the posts I put under what you had started and then you will see the links i had provided for you. I just thought about something, there is no way you opted out if you just received a preapproval from cap 1
