In the past I have had loans with an insurance policy attached. There are now companies going round saying that the insurance policies were missold and could not be claimed on and so we can now reclaim the payents on the insurance policies. I have been approached by one company to do this for me in exchange for 25% of any money they get back. Is this is a good idea does anyone know?
