Re: Report Your "Credit limit Increases" Here!
Congrats to all on their CLIs, that is great and shows that we are credit savvy and working on improving our credit position and Ficos.
Yoyo- you are really lucky. I'm like Eric, I have had my Target card from Oct 2006 with it's $200 limit and I have yet to get an increase. I barely charge on the card and if I do, i charge under $40 and turn around and pay $20 right there on the spot. I'm like Meya, it is hard to use the card without jacking your utilization rate to 50% or more.

This is a great card. It is now underwritten my GEMB. We started off at $600, got auto increased to $1000, then $1500 and when GEMB took over to $$2000. I pressed the luv button in June and they increased me by $200 to $2200. We also have money access but you have to request a pin. This card can also be used at Texaco. This card works for me because there are Chevrons all over the place in this area.

That HSBC BB MC increase is fantastic. I'm surprised but take it and run
Macy's

Re: Credit Line Increase Limit
After having the 1st card for about 8 months..I looked online and HSBC was offering a instant CL of $500 on the "Orchard" brand. It was only for a short time and they don't even offer this card anymore. If approved you'll get the $500 CL. Don't know why they don't offer this card anymore. Oh, just to mention, I tried 3 times for a CLI on the first card, my card was too new(denied), my available credit on all cards was too low(denied)..then on the third try they finally approve $100 after 14 months. The second card only took 6 months a CLI.

Re: Credit Line Increase Limit
It's funny, because I was just coming on here to ask about Orchard. It's now been 8 months since I've had my Orchard card, and no CLI :(. I realize that I can call them and get charged a fee, but I refuse to do that.

Re: Credit Line Increase Limit
Orchard is tripping big time with cli's. I get turned down everytime I call. I dont even understand why they have the "request for cli" on their account website because it does not work. When you click to request a cli, it tells you to call them for one.

At the same time, they declined a CLI request for my 2nd First Premier card. Hit the love button and got that CLI for the 2nd First Premier card. It just hit the 1year mark..and yes I've paid the $25 CLI fee, so next statement should only have the $49 annual fee as my balance. Hmmm......
my card is too new to be thinking about a CLI
now its at 300.00 i know thats not alot but that will come in handy!
