Did you wait 6 months before contacting JC Penney for a CLI?
Yes, it was six months and I went from $1,000 initial CL to ultimately with several increases to $2,400 CL. Note I really only need about $500. At the time JC Penney was the only one giving me CL's increases (only when I requested them - no automatics) so I kept at it. Use the card a lot and PIF every month.
