Short typing

Hi everybody, I know I am suppose to be doing homework, but this site is just too fun to stay away. I know that I am leaving for 2 days but I thought this suggestion would benefit me and others. Who is familiar with Short typing here? I do not like to use the term "Codes" because in my category, "codes" is another word that can lead to illegal translation and causes others to feel like they have a second grade understanding of dealing with new abbreviations. I like short typing to help elliminate long sentences or words. You guys are going to fall out laughing when I tell you the small short hand words that I am familiar with:

Ummm, I can't think of any thing else. Acutally this is all that I am familiar with...lol. The reason why I thought of this is because a lot of people are going to be questioning us as tme goes on about the short typing that we are using. Even though I wil love to explain, at the same time we can tell them that we have a topic which expalins all the Credit/Financial short typing. Please add some to this list, as much as you can. When we have burned out of words, let's copy and paste them to a much permanent list. We might have to contact Financial Globe for that to happen.

If anyone has any new short typing to add to this forum, please feel free to post. I am sort of behind on this myself and I would love to hear all the new short typing that are out. I just added a few that came to mind after reading articles from Mary on FG. I know someone out there knows more than me, so let's go for it!

We have a new word here that Clifford started. Anytime you see the words "THE LOVE BUTTON," we are simply talking about the submit button on an electronic application. ie, when getting limit increases, or applying for credit. I really like this, it sounds so smoooooooth. Think about the cat on the Chetto's commercial when he says "It aint easy being chezzy".....lol

Have you added this yet? I am sort of thinking that the link for behavioral and editorial rules is going to come in handy this year!

Also I was thinking that we should add a "How to Navigate" in the first sign on screen. You know we are OG members and have the board down packed, but I think that since the members are coming in pretty strong, its about time to come forward with tips about the board.

My reason for this is because I see a few postings that are responses to another members posting, but "New Topic" is being used instead of "Post Reply". That can flood the board with responses linked all over the place....lol! I can come in and clean up the over uses of the "Quote" button and repeat the guidlines to them becasue that is the worse thing to look at. Other than that, I have nothing else to add.

Anyone else? Come forward, hidden request are the best request one can ever read.

Short typing is very helpful, especially where you have to type a lot or type quickly. Short typing is being very famous nowadays.

Do you have any to add Cobalt007? We could really use what everyoe has to offer. I am still asking people to unleash the magic shortyping. I feel like a second grade reject when I cant understand them.

Yeah short typing really proves to be really helpful and convincing. I can add a few more in the list.

I think that this is implemented on some schools wherein they have their typing lessons. I believe that using this will help us to easily finish any work that we are typing.
