It started out as a simple request from joeyman. He wanted me to give members the ability to add a credit card review for any credit union. What a great idea! That can now be done, plus a whole lot more.

Features:

• Browse nearly 11,000 7,480 credit unions by state
• Searchable database
• View key info such as, maps, website address
• Add reviews for any credit union
• All credit unions listed are NCUA affiliated

Limitations:

• Not connected to the credit card database.
• No info (as of now) for NCUA affiliation

Just an update, some credit unions were removed because they were not verified by the NCUA. I feel that this is appropriate.

All credit unions will be updated (address, phone numbers, etc) from the NCUA database as we get new information (at least on an annual basis, but possibly every quarter).

FG, I know that this is still in the works but it would be pretty cool to have membership eligibility requirements listed for each credit union.

For now though, membership requirements can be viewed on the credit union's website.

The section was added in the database for cu requirements. Good suggestion, thanks! I just need to get the info in there now.
