    Default Merchant issued cards

    Hi, I was interested in info about becoming a issuer of credit cards to customers that buy from my web store. I was offered a discount for purchasing products with a visa card issued by the store I was shopping at. I was interested in finding out what is required to do the same. If some one knows please tell us.
