    I got the same letter, but I have until May 2009 to decline and the new rate will not take effect until January 2010.

    HaHa, this is funny to me because I get something almost everyday too. My kids think that I have a crush on the UPS guy.:laugh: I better slow down because he has been giving me some funny looks...

    I know how you feel. I got a 50 dollar increase from my Salute Visa!!!! But, I got much love from Tribute (400), FNCC (300), Continental and Macy's (100). All this month.... :cool:
